So I went to turn on my Xbox 360 today to play some Sega Rally Revo, and the system freezes up during the bootup sequence. I thought "ah no big deal, my Dreamcast did this a couple times, as well as my Gamecube, I will just turn it off and turn it back on".

I have done this 10 times now, and it always freezes in the same spot. Does anyone have any idea what I should do now? I don't think it would be overheating, because I keep my Xbox 360 in a wide open space (its sitting on a table) and I never play for very long.

So umm... Any suggestions would be appreciated ;_;... Help meee...

I feel sorry for ya dude. I got the 3 red lights and I just bought a new xbox because my warranty was dead. So one day I go on the interwebz and see that they have extended the warranty to 3 years so I'm like ****!!!!!. I sent my broken xbox in and now I have two Xboxes. I wasted $400 bucks! So you should be thankful that what happened to me didnt happen to you.

Try deleting your save file and clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, take your disc back and exchange it for another.
