Remedy confirmed it for Spring 2010, but an exact date is unknown, but take this into consideration...

Microsoft's Aaron Greenberg said on Major Nelson's podcast that they have a console exclusive hitting every month and lists them as ME2, SC: Conviction, Alan Wake, Crackdown 2, etc, which would put Alan Wake in March and Crackdown 2 in April (and he confirms Crackdown 2 for the first half of 2010).
