Lost Planet, because it's the only one I've played that isn't substantially better on the PC. It's only slightly better on it =P Excluding Crackdown, which I don't think of as a shooter.
I would have to say the darkness because of how it took the FPS genre and gave it a very unique type of gameplay. I really liked how they gave you the darkness powers, but they also didn't skimp out on gunplay variety.
So far I really don't have a least favorite shooter because i haven't played many shooters for the 360, well I haven't played many bad ones. But if I had to say then I would pick hour of victory, some people may disagree, but even though the game has good graphics the enemy AI is terrible and it is nothing compared to COD2& COD3.
Hopefully once COD4 comes out I'll be able to change my favorite FPS :p.
Gears. Cuz it's good. I've only played one other. Lost Planet. It's not so great. So Yeah, Gears autmatically wins. Halo 3 will soon take it's place though.
