You could always get a warranty for it at BB if it does freeze, just not sure if you're only allowed to get it if you purchase the console from them.

i bought an preowned XBOX before got about 2 months play then strated to freeze and the graphics card was going, found out that these were signs of RROD sold it on before it reashed that stage maybe you should test the console out for a few hours find out how long hes had it etc.
