i felt a bitnervous about it the other week and ordered it onamazon. now i wish i hadn't, most of my friends are going to wal mart at midnight on monday and i'll probably not get my copy until wednesday or thursday, bugger.
I did because I had $13 left on a gift card and figured I wouldn't use it on anything else. One of my friends hasn't though, he claims to hate the series but I know deep down he can't wait to play co-op with Ben and I :P
I'm not even getting it right when it launches :( I feel no need to have it right now and I wouldn't be able to play much. I will likely get it in october/november once my WoW subscription expires.
i did not pre-order. i really wasn't excited about halo3 until about a week ago when i actually started looking into it and allowed myself to listen and watch the hype.
there is no need to pre-order (unless you wanted the limited edition). there are going to be alot of copies in stores at midnight. i'll be standing in line at midnight to get mine.
Uhh...when Halo 2 came out, I was the only one of my friends that pre-ordered it and they all said that I was dumb for that, and that there would be tons of copies in stores the week it launched...too bad they were wrong.

Realy? I walked into FYE at 6 0 clock in the afternoonon the day it launchedand picked up H2.
nope small town just gonna wait at Wal-Mart with the rest of my friends and hangout for several hrs. and im pretty sure that the legenadry editions will be hard to find but maybe im wrong, good luck with that btw.
my friend is picking up limited edition and im getting the standard edition. we r gonna trade copies after the first week so i can see whats on it. so i dont need to preorder.
