Am I the only person excited about Mercenaries 2?

Seriously, all these gameplay videos coming from the developers are getting me pretty hyped but there seems to be no mention of the game anywhere. Yet the game looks so damn good!

Who else is looking forward to this game?

The first one was alot of fun, but i lost the disc before I completed it...annoying.

This one looks good - but looks like more of the same

I've been excited for Mercs 2 since before I got a 360.

I LOVED the first Mercenaries and this one looks 100X better (you can swim now).

Yeah, I can't wait for this game.
In terms of fun, it looks like a GTA killer easily to me, but of course only time will tell.

To the guy above me...What do u mean more of the same? What else needs to change!?!?? I do not know how this game couldn't be at the top of peoples lists. It looks sorta like GTAIV but your not in a city and you can blow stuff up! I am soooooo hyped about this game.iwantasong

lol - its not soo much of a bad thing - its just that I have been played alot of computer games over the last 20 odd years and I just crave things that are a bit unique these days.

At the time of its release, it was quite unique and I enjoyed it alot - but since then I have played games that have the same kind of feel.

Im pretty jazzed up about it considering its about to be out however i thought it was going to have split screen offline coop. :x

It's the only game I have reserved right now, and for good reason. It's all I'm gonna need for awhile.

I myself happen to be one of those people and just the other day I went to play the original but I must have accidently traded it in with some crappy games. Bit of a bummer seeing as my playthrough of Mercs 1 was cut short by a dodgy Xbox Original.
