OK, I don't thnk this is so bad, this is what I get from the video
1. Something happens before recording all of this. Microsoft will have the audio but this person doesn't
2. They harass the Mod and he bans their accounts (sending someone just LOL! is screwing with someone, no one sends mail suggesting people laugh out loud with excitement lol)
3. The Mod then says he'll ban all the consoles that gamertag has been on (THAT'S a problem I think)

The clip has been messed with, that much is obvious, but The Pro is still abusing his power. He has no right to go around messing with the community telling them that he will ban every single last one of them just because they are messing with him. He should've kept his cool, he should've been professional. I'm sure there are a ton of steps he could've taken to fix the situation without treating everybody and banning people for silly reasons.
well we only get half the story as the videos creator just so happened to skip over everthing he did or said and only showed the mod talking the guy seemed harsh to that kid by just mutin him for no reason but hey those kids are annoyin as hell so cant really blame him, that whole joke about his pay and foward to jesus thing where uncalled for and unacceptable tho however this is just how mods are, they make jokes act big, slap you with stuff for lil to no reason, its like that everywhere, here on gamespot all the way to xbox its no suprise, it shouldnt got unpunished but it always does
I think the guy posted some video on Justin TV, and The Pro must have seen it. That's what I got, then they went into a lobby, some crap happened and The Pro banned him. That being said The Pro did sound like a douche, we can't say whether the banned player was a douche or not. Also, are you sure MS records all the audio? Sounds crazy.

Not all audio, when something is being taken care of, like if you hear someone saying "F WORD F WORD F WORD" in a game and someone says stop it and then the mod is on for the next volly of F's I think they record it.

bottom line is the mod over reacted and did abuse his power. Being a mod for the 360 community, he should be use to having to put up with that kind of BS daily and the fact that he didn't shows his inability to be in that kind of situation being able to boot people. i don't think he should be fired but he def. should be put on suspension and maybe learn to do his job right rather than act like a child.

look i'm not saying he was wrong for banning them but he was wrong for the way he did, it should never matter what they said to him the fact of the matter is you are representing microsoft and to stoop down to the level of the people harrasing you is just stupid and childish. instead of arguing back and getting angry he should have handled it like an adult. You've got a point. He did get a stern talking to, but still, your opinion of the situation would change if you knew exactly what happened.
tbh i dont really care what they said because i'm sure i've heard it my way 1000 times before lol, just gotta grow a sac of iron and say whatever and move on. its xbox live, so you know your gonna here some cruel and out of line crap. just 1 question tho, does anyone know how long that guy has been a mod?

ok in the conversation on the main video he tells the kid he is muted, but it comes off as rude. BUT put 2 and 2 together with this video and you see why the kid was muted. HE obviously didnt ban the kid for the language he simply muted him. These guys deserved to be banned. The video is so doctored into stirring up the masses to believe that we are dealing with a corrupt mod. This guy has been console banned before for modding and has a video of it up on the same youtube account itzlupo, look it up. I really hope everyone can simply take a step back and look at the facts its ridicolous how many people are supporting this guys cause when its already been debunked before it started.
Having been a Moderator before, Its hard to decide what to make of the first video but the second doesnt look to be pre done or anything. Though I do have to say he might of over reacted just a bit of "making it his personal mission". Though the kid was obviously pissed..hey who hasent been nuked before and thats what you get for modden!
