So after the second replacement of my 360, I found there was about a quarter of a second of lag between all of the movements in my right thumbstick. I looked up the problem on Xbox.com and came up with 'the xbox may need to be serviced.' So instead of paying $99 dollars and having to wait for a month or two before I get it back, I cut to the chase and replaced my 360 at Best Buy where I bought it. I took it home plugged it in, now every button has about a half a second of lag. Guys, I need a solution to this. I've lost my two year warranty and the $53 dollars I got from my second exchange, to find out the new one is worse.

sounds like ya jumped to the most expensive solution, the controler seems to be messed up. one of my friends whas doing that on my xbox but it broke a day later, if this is with all your controlers could this be parinoia? when i got mine back, i was like finding things wrong and they turned out to be just my imagination, now im back and still am totally satified with the 360

It's not the controller. I have a wired and wireless, neither work. I tried the wireless on a friends machine. Worked fine. An no it's not just me, my brother noticed it too, even without me telling him about it.

um do you have an HDTV. because on guitar hero and games like that it has an option to calibrate lag between what u see on the screen and the controller. so maybe it could be kinda like that

hmmm, well you say it happens with all your controllers on both systems? last thing is either try on a different tv, or make sure your video cable is the problem. If tose dont work that sucks, bad coincidence they both dont work but its hard to belive that would happen.

Other than that it has to be your imagination.
