Another M$ despising rant...

My 360 died 19 days ago, and of course, by instinct I phoned in immediately ordering a repair box.  After the said amount of "working days" it would take to get it here, no box, i call in again and they tell me to wait another 6 days or something like that, so i do. Still NO FRIGGEN BOX! so I call in twice more and they tell me that there was a mishap in the mail and they were going to send me a new box and for the inconvenience they say I'll get a free 1 month gold subscription. Thats It! I was already inconvenienced when my 360 died and I already should have got something free or whatever but they wait until the mail screws up to give me a 5$ xbox live subscription.  INSANITY!

 

I'm just writing this cuz i'm bored, but i'm not lying

My car dealership doesnt give me free stuff when my car breaks down within the warranty time......and thats worth a crap load more then an xbox, so why the hell do you expect MS to give you free stuff. They gave you a month of XBL, which is more then they are required to.

Everything breaksdown, and theres always a lemon in any item you buy. so dont complain about it to us, we all have these problems.

You have any idea how many customer Microsoft has?  So billions are happy but a few come on here and rant and we are supposed to believe that this is how they do business?  get a life.

You have any idea how many customer Microsoft has? So billions are happy but a few come on here and rant and we are supposed to believe that this is how they do business? get a life.sony_vaio
While the number of people having problems with their 360s might be a small percentage of Microsoft's overall customer base, it is far too high a percentage of those that own 360s.

theres this thing called the Buiness Beureau, and they are there to go after companies, that are pretty much ripping people off, if this was the case, i think MS would have a serious situation on thier hands.

Plus dont forget, that there is always a percentage failrate that companies are allowed to have on a product. Even if that was only 5%, thats over 500,000 360s that would be able to fail without any questions. and thats just with 10million sales, which they have breached a long time ago.

Wow, you are a big dumb animal.  First, learn to spell.  Second, almost all of the hardware failure occuring is caused by Microsoft using cheap solder on the motherboard inside the 360.  This has been a problem since launch (almost 2 years ago).  And if you think that the failure rate for 360s is 3-5% as Microsoft states, you are severely mistaken.
