any australians sent 360 to MS for repair?

It cost me nothing but there service is horrendous. Nearly three months now have passed and i still got no machine. There giving me a couple of free games and a new machine but that doesn't make up for their crappy service

mine was sent tuesday to them teleplan.

then some1 from microsoft call me yesterday to tell me they had to cancel my reference number and issue a new, i dont know whats happening to it now i already sent it.

 

:(

it cost me $195

but i whinged that the 3 lights is a common and known fault to them and they agreed to refund and repair it at no charge.

if i ever see it again that is....

I sent mine in while it was still under warranty. Sending it in would ahve been free but I went for registered post. That plus the box and the many many metres of bubblewrap set me back by about $27 I think. I got my xbox back a little after a week but long before a fortnight. Can't remember exact time ;)
