any game you think gamespot will give it 10\10?

after all those great games that didnt get 10,I think GTAV is the only game that can get it.

Red Dead Redemption...actually nah, then people will think Rockstar's paying off Gamespot.

actually i have no idea bc there is no reason GTA4 should have gotten the scores it did...personally i think it is just another adaptation of the GTA series much like what Madden does

They can't give a 10/10. what would they then do if there was a game better than the one that got a 10/10? 11/10? Its just my opinion but makes sense to me. closest will be 9.9/10. well until we get the perfect game that everyone can agree on.mounty1512

i DO think that red dead redemption might beable to get a 1 and deserve it cause Rockstar never fails on story for all you gta haters , when you play all 3 games for Gta you can understand Why they got a 10 . so i think red dead redemption might and i could see Halo reach cause they could have something groundbreaking considering its bungies last game they would not go out with out a bang .

a 10 I don´t know there are things to consider firsty that the game is short on flaws, and that it has an overwhelming hype train to justify the reviewers desire to praise the game

I'm gonna go ahead and say that Halo Reach is most likely going to get a good score. Maybe a 10, who knows. It would be interesting if it did get one and everybody hated it.

Yeah you guys are right, MW1 should have gotten a 10/10...its the only FPS shooter this decade that deserved a perfect score. The fact that COD 4, Bioshock 1, Gears Of War 1 all didn't get 10's but then GTA 4 gets a 10 ruined GS's credibility a little.

Mass Effect 2 deserved to get a 10/10. And for consistency, Bad Company 2 needs to get at least a 9.5 because it is a much better shooter and game than MW2 and thus will get a higher score. Frankly, GS has been giving out way to many 9.0 scores lately.

honestly i dont think any game deserves a 10, no game is perfect. there are games that are amazing but none that are perfect with nothing wrong, no gliches, perfect grapgics ect... also it depends on who reviews the game cause everyone has different tastes in games. like GTA IV isnt a 10, graphics are average, control is sketchy and not real smooth, driving is still ehh. there is alot to do in the game but not a 10, i think it got the score cause of all the hype and anticipation for the game. there are games alot better than gta iv that didnt get a 10

If any game had a chance it was ME2, only other one I could maybe see is Heavy Rain but, obviously its for PS3 only.

You think I don't know that? A 10 doesn't mean a perfect game here. Everygame has its flaws but 10 means "Prime." Here's what gamespot rating system says about a 10 rating...

This exceedingly rare score refers to a game that is as perfect as a game can aspire to be at its time of release. Obviously, the constantly changing standards for technology and gameplay will probably make this game obsolete some day, but at its time of release, a game earning this score could not have been improved upon in any meaningful way.

I think Final Fantasy on the PS3 might (they'll take away .5 from the Xbox because it's on three discs).

Splinter Cell won't just based on the fact it is a TomClancy game. Tom Clancy games do very well, but they just don't have the hype behind them like a lot of other big blockbuster games.
