Any games with continuous play?

I cant explain it

Im looking for a game - one like Fable 2. I know its not continuous. But, You can play until you want.

I tried Fallout, but when i completed the game - i couldnt play anymore!! :(

Any ideas are considered :)

Get Borderlands. Game is amazing and has some serious replay-ability. You won't get bored with this game.

You can keep playing in Prototype and I know a lot of games allow you to start a "new game +" which is always great.
