Well Capcom did make all of the Resident Evil Games as well as Dead Rising so I would be extremely surprised if they decided not too. Theres probably going to be a Dead Rising 2 and they are making Resident Evil 5. Re5 won't necessarily have zombies, but judging by the trailer, they seem quite similar to zombies. They sort of reminded me of the guys in 28 Days/Weeks Later considering they can run...So yeah, they should have some more!
There are rumours of Dead Rising 2. We also get Resident Evil 5, and I'm sure I read about a game where you play as a zombie and have to infect people a while back for the 360.

There is rumor of a Dead Rising 2 and Resident Evil 5 will be coming out so don't worry there will be more greathead exploding and brain eating zombie games.
There is also a game coming out later this year called Left4 Dead that pits poeple (non-Zombies)vs. poeple (zombies). It focuses alot on 4 player co-op vs. many a.i bots
i swear to god if they don't show RE5 at E3 this year i might just have to....wait some more :(wreak
I just picked up RE4 for the Wii like two days ago (never played the game last gen and the Wii doesn't have many good games). That should tide me over if they don't show anything.
