Ehm, no. K&L is not high profileenough forJack Thompson, he's only interested in furthering his own career, not ban violent video games....And it's "I couldn't care less" btw :P (having the option to care less means you care somewhat).

If you have all the money why not wait until some reviews come out and then buy it? There isn't some super limited edition so there isn't much of a reason to pre order it I wouldn't think.

Why have another persons opinion dictate what I buy and what I do not buy? I'd miss out on a lot of games that I've enjoyed.

I pre-order just because it's convenient. Between work and school, I can't go looking around for a game if it's sold out. Skate and The Orange Box were difficult to find in my area when they released. I just pre-order it, then pick it up within 24 hours. It's less hassle and I don't have to ever worry about not getting the games I'm looking for. It's the same price when I pre-order it, so it's stupid not to if it's more convenient for me.
