no you cant just go up to target and throw em your games and they throw cash at you.The only STORE that i know that buys ur games without receipts is gamestop or eb games which are the same place anyway

I'm pretty sure FYE gives cash for games. Also, I've sold movies to Suncoast for cash and they had used games there which they probably gave cash for.
