Anybody bought the 4000 MS Points Card?

No I use my Credit Card for buying MS points.

I don't see any point unless you know you'll need a lot to last because you can't buy freely off xbox live or to give as a gift card. Since I can just add to my account as I go I don't need to pay for that much at once. It would make sense if you bought that much and got a slight discount, like even 2 bucks or something.

Only time I bought a card was at Compusa that had a $20 1600pts card for 30% with the closing store. I can't recall if I had to pay tax.

Do you pay tax when buying pts directly off the xbox? If you don't and you have to at a store, that's worse.

yes, there's still tax fees when buying directly from the marketplace.

no yeah theres a 4000 point card for 50 USD i saw it this afternoon when i went to pick up a new controller
