Anybody else looking forward to KINECT?

I am excited about Kinect. I really want to get Dance Central. I think my wife and kids will really like it. I am going to wait until the bundles come out with the new slim 360 to upgrade. I will get 50 bucks off of Kinect though the bundle route. I still have one of the first 360s to come out so I am ready for the new upgrades (built-in wi-fi, HMDI ports, and whisper quiet operation)

Not really. I don't like the idea of using your body as the controller. I would rather use a controller.

Microsoft has already said that they have no intention of making people play without controllers, I have no idea why no one will listen

For people who want to use a controller Kinect will be an add on for head tracking and other things

ya... i going wait for reviews first though but i'm looking forward for it.

they need release 250gb bundle and i be more happy... the only deal i see right now is buy the kinect 4gb bundle for 300 then buy 250gb hard drive for 130=430 vs buying kinect and 250gb xbox for 450

assuming they do i guess around 400 bucks for it all

for the games i take the free game that comes with it lol then others i be renting or wait till price drop on ebay... gamefly or ebay w/e has better deals

A really, really and I mean really amazing game would have to come out for it before I would even consider looking at kinect let alone buying it. I just havent been impressed by it yet.

Yeah me neither, all of the games are pointless to me, i'd prefer a Wii or even the Move.

I might get it later down the line. I definately see the potential of it espicially with sports games. Image a fighting game or even a boxing game on Kinect with some friends.

i am a hardcore gamer and i dont think there are any good games right now in kinect. maybe i will wait for 1 more year

I'm really excited about it myself mainly due to the new tech it involves. My wife is really excited about the In Shape game for the excersise and not having to hold anything. Then my kids are excited about the games that they have out for it like KinectAnimals.

So all lin all it works for the whole family.
