And you want to finish them all. My case is that I'm trying to finish Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, Mass Effect, and I haven't even opened Silent Hill 2 even though I bought it on Ebay. I just finished beating Assassin's Creed yesterday. Problem is, is that it gets confusing when you have to keep up with all these different storylines, and ittakes away from itself. I like to play one game, all at once, but even then there's many games I want to buy like the Orange Box for example.

I normally own about 5-10 games at a time... usually when I completely finish a game and there is nothing else I can do apart from replaying it all again... I will usually sell it for store credit at places like gamecrazy/gamestop and buy a new game...

I agree! When I start a game...I want to see it through before starting another campaign. Playing a few campaigns simultaneously is not so much confusing but rather it takes away from the complete experience. When I started KOTOR (1&2) I did not play anything else until I completed it and to be honest I was so enthralled with the game I didn't want to!8)

I definitely have this "problem" a lot - especially now.

I started up on GRAW last night, after having it sealed on my shelf for months. Actually, I have some 4 or 5 Xbox 360 games now I haven't even tried out yet, one PS2 game, a DS game and probably a couple others I can't think of.

Sometimes I let the collecting get to my head and I have more games than time to play them.

Just last weekend I bought 4 new Xbox 360 games on the same day since they were pretty cheap. I'm at somewhere around 46 total now, and I really feel like I don't have enough time to play them all.

In a way I miss my teen years of having little money so every game I'd save up for was so appreciated and loved. Today, I buy anywhere between 5 and 10 games a month, which really leaves me underappreciating the games as I should. It's not necessarily that I have a lot of money - it's that I have a very collective nature and my interest in video games has really been rekindled the last couple of years.

That sounds like me too :D

I love a bargain, and if I see a game that I think I want to play at a good price I will buy it.I got my 360 about 6 months ago, and started looking on ebay - finding loads of games for £3-10 ($6-20) - a few weeks later and my collection of games had grown to over 40. I have yet to start quite a few of them, as I want to finish a game before moving on, but atleast I have a great set of games to choose my next one from. I am making a conscious effort to complete a game before moving on, as I know that if I try to play several games at once Iwill lose interest in them and never finish any.

By the time I have finished with those I should be able to find Assassin's Creed for those prices too :)

I'm only half way through alot of the games I own. Bioshock, Dead rising, Splinter Cell... And to make matters worse, my 360 red ringed a few days ago. It sucks :(

I also have a problem with buying games, so many good ones out right now, it's unbelievable, I need a couple of months of catch up for sure. It's really good for the system because the 360 has some killer games out right now, i just trying to balance it out between games, but i will agree having time to spend with a game and completing it and getting the full valueout of it is how it should be, but withincredible games coming outevery week last year(Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec), I mean damn what a last four months for 2007.

Oh yeah, this is a big issue for me. I currently have 5-6 games in progress right now and I have another 6 or so that I want to get. I'm knee deep in AC, ME, Oblivion, Halo 3, and GRAW and I want to get Orange Box, Bioshock, and COD4, plus a bunch of games that haven't released yet. Seeing as how I only have a few hours to play every day it takes me forever to get all the way through any given game (I almost always have a bunch of things going at once because I get bored playing one game all the way through without switching to another game).

I guess there could be worse problems to have, but it can make me a little batty to have so many games going at once.

Yes! I've been playing GH2 &3 lately, but I've got Scene It, and Lego Star Wars: Complrete Saga (not even opened this!) but I've also got to play Mass Effect and Halo 3. In addition to all the older gamesI've not completed yet! Someone should stop me from buying games.

I have 33 or so 360 games. I'm in the middle of Assassins Creed, Mass Effect, Bioshock and COD4 on Veteran. I've come to the conclusion that I should only play one story driven game ata time while rotating with my sports games. I can't keep up with the stories, so I usually end up starting from the beginning after beating another. That's why it sucks with developers release so many great titles in a 1 month period. Spread the ish out!! To make matters worse, I am buying a PS3 this weekend. At least I'll be prepared for another summer drought.

i usually feel that way this time of year after the holidays and all the great games that have come out around then. by summer i will be pretty much caught up because the middle of the year is always dead and allows for catch up time

I do and I never have the time. I was in the middle of Bioshock when Halo 3 came out. Then I was playing Halo and Madden online and put Bioshock aside. Then November came with Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect and COD4. Beat AC, but put others aside. Started COD4, put aside to play ME, then put that aside and am just now finishing up Bioshock. It's not a bad problem to have but I usually like to play through one game at a time. It's driving me nuts that I have all these unfinished games. Nothing else really interests me until GTA4 comes out, so this will all keep me busy for a while.

I'm definitely in the same boat. Puzzle Quest is eating up all my game time at the moment. I still want to play the CoD4 campaign again, finish collecting flags and stuff in Assassin's Creed, replay Bioshock and harvest the Little Sisters, beat Guitar Hero III on medium, finish Star Trek: Legacy, finish Arkadian Warriors and that's just the 360. On the pc I still want to play Stalker again, I haven't even started Silent Hunter 4 yet and I want to try out the latest XTM mod for X3: Reunion. There just isn't enough time in a day.

Completing the games is simple, I've bought 5 games since Christmas and I beat 3 within the first week and a half after Christmas, now I just simply play online.. But yeah like I said beating the game isnt the issue, not buying new games is.
