i have it for ps3 and i think its pretty fun, but i dont see myself playing the campaign again once i finish it. The echoes mode should last me a little more play time.
yeah...i know the epic wasn't good connection..i just played mult player...it fun but gear of war 2 wave is best .......i don't like an idea of an acheveiments ...10g for very easy...20 for easy..30 for normal..40 for hard...very hard 50.....other achievement ,i don't understand it say..

After playing the game demo I knew it would be a gimmick with no replay value. Graphically its everything I wanted in a game when I was much younger. Lots of explosions and bright colors. I can't speak to the story or other aspects, but I got the impression that it would be a game without substance. Sounds like I was right.

Try replacing the ... with , Also achievement are there for it being harder. If you complete it on very hard you will get the achievements for all lower difficulties too.
I loved this game, pre-ordered it a few weeks in advance and picked it up day 1. I liked the story, sure it wasn't Mass Effect but sometimes a simple story can be nice, and I found the gameplay very fun, and find skillshots add that extra incentive and shot of fun into the game. If it was a run and run it wouldn't be that good, but skill shots add a lot. echoes is amazingly fun, and the only downside is anarchy, which is fun enough, but playing with randoms is a bad move. I've got 40/50 achievements, trying to get red barrels (why can't I find all of them!) and then either every skillshot or very hard playthrough.
EA isn't great game development....they made bad rate on madden 11 on 8.0...less people popular only 2,000 play on line.. nhl 11 is 9.0...only 5 ,000 play on line...
ea groups never work very hard on game development...they just want sell and get money...rip it offf
I have been thinking about trying it... but I am not sure if I would get too in to it. Looks like a pre-owned, cheap title for me. I had a feeling it wouldn't have much replay value personally, to be honest (judging by some of the responses to this thread).

You obviously didn't do any research. There wasn't supposed to be much of a story. There were supposed to be lots of explosions and colors. It was supposed to be a gory, shoot-em-up kind of game.
