Anyone else like Afro Samurai?

The game has a few platforming issues and some repetition but thats my only gripes about it.

I enjoyed it.Like you said it has a few minor issues but nothing major IMO.Gotta love cutting off limbs and stuff lol....And Samuel L Jackson was a classic.

I never heard anyone talk about and I loved the demo so when I catch up with all my other games it's at the top of my list(I have about 30 games I haven't played through yet).

It's looks ok, kinda reminds me of Okami graphics, wich are really unique. BUT... the camera is just awful, i can't stand.Hakud0ushi

I loved Afro Samurai; but, I loved the anime as well :)

You do know they released an update that allows you to turn X-axis inversion off, right?

I agree with you, that camera was a bit crazy.

I liked the game, Loved the anime series and the Resurrection movie. My only real issues with the game were that it became repetitive after a while and the camera was a little screwy. Didn't deter me from buying the game after playing the demo though

I bought it for 10 bucks new on Amazon over the holidays. Its not bad at all. Not Great, but its defenitly worth playing for 10 bucks. the combat is really neat

Personally I enjoyed it but going into it I knew that I would. I have a fondness for the brand and enjoyed both the graphic novels and the animated features. It is just so infinitely entertaining to see a blunt-smoking black man with an afro as a samurai sword wielding badass, no matter how unrealisitc it is. Besides the few gripes that you lodged against the game, I also was not too fond of the looped music tracks. The music that was featured was not bad, don't get me wrong, but they could have easily included more of it instead of repeatedly looping what they had. One of the most common misconceptions of the game is that the soundtrack for it was produced by the RZA, when in reality he only did the music for the series and the flick.

i'm a tell u why tha music was great.......tha RZA....killa beez....I'm a buy this though, I still havent played tha demo........I've seen games that look waaaay worst than this that get tons of praise.......Dragonball Z [cough cough]

yeah. loved the music, body part poker and it was quite funny too. sometimes a bit repetetive and bonkers camera.

Is the demo for this game out??

i really enjoyed this game. although it was repetitive, the combat was very entertaining.
