anyone else psyched for Mass Effect 3?

Im going through some of the dlc for mass effect 2 right now. Im pretty excited. Preordered it on amazon today. anyone else psyched for Mass Effect 3?

pre-ordered my CE back in October. been patiently waiting.

the other day i finished up a save from ME1 and ME2 ready for import.

according to my phone app we have 11 days, 16 minutes and 12 seconds til launch.

I'll admit, I wasn't at first. But I'm playing through ME2 again, and I can feel the anticipation building.

Mass Effect 2 was pure garbage on every single level

It was a bad RPG and an even worse action game

I'm hoping Bioware makes up for that trash with 3

Why?

So far everything they said is that they went back to 1's formula and beefed up the RPG elements and added a real action game.

Early reports are that Mass Effect 2's garbage was thrown away and everything that was good in 1 was enhanced

I pre-ordered it, but it would be surprised if it is an improvement over the second one. The first of the series , which was the only role-playing game, was the best.

I would prefer this too, as I thought ME1 overall was the better game, but I still think they'll build more from what they did in ME2. I hope I'm wrong.

Yes I got done replaying Mass effect 1 and 2 a little awhile back and I have a great save for Mass effect 3 infact I have been trying to find other games to keep me busy until then :P

Anyways I am very excited !!! The demo is great and I can't wait for the real game.

Yeah, I'll be picking ME 3 up sometime in the near future, maybe on launch, and will give a review on it.

well i just finished my perfect paragon game save for mass efect 1 and 2 :D (that's everything done all side quests and DLC) so yeah i'm psyched just under 2 weeks left (UK)

i'm so phyced i play the demo every day :P

I saw some footage, looks like the leveling system is a hybrid of the 2, simple yet complicated... If you didnt like 2 your not gonna like 3. The best part of the series is the choices and story. IMO Its even better that it has good combat

I am very psyched for ME3. I have a save file that I've had since ME1 and I can't wait to transfer it and start ME3.

Yes, although i did'nt like the original, i did enjoy the sequel, and i'm looking forward to ME3.

I liked the change, but im not a huge rpg fan. I like simple RPGs, like mass effect, fable and elderscrolls.

Heck yes! I downloaded Overlord the other day & Arrival yesterday. PLUS, I played through 1 & 2 last week & FINALLY had everyone survive (6th playthrough of Mass Effect 2). Ha! I would always have one person die at the end....ALL 5 TIMES. Anyways, day one purchase for me.

Lol, I was going to try that achievment the first play through. The very first cutscene of the suicide mission Legion blew-up.... Hope gone.

Yeah, this is the most I've ever been hyped for a game. Had my save file ready since last year and finished my last playthrough last night.

i am definatley interested. i beat both of the other games and pre ordered the collectors edition a few months ago....i am pumped

hell yeah, personally it's my most anticpated game of all time, I've ahd the collectors edition preordered for months

have had the PS3 Collector's Edition paid off in full since the summer time. hell yes i am.

nope not excited after playing the demo because the graphics are too drab, dark and ugly. i was expecting it to look more like gears 3 or rage (bright and colorful/amazing). the me3 demo looks like a combination of gears of war 2 and me1 - blek ugly. i'm a huge fanboy of ME series as well. i'm seriously bummed out after all the hype and waiting, after playing the demo.

-given only one dialgue option when talking with npcs? whaaat?!

Of course I'm hyped. Having played through the first two games at least twice each with different choices made (1st time I'm always male and Paragon, second I'm always female and Renegade) I want to see my stories come to fruition and see how everything is going to end. Annoyingly, it comes out at a time when I have a shed load of Uni work to do and I may have to wait until June when I finish to play it :(
