idk im kind of biased on halo cause i had it for alot longer and i own alot more in it which makes it alot of fun COD4 is like starting all over i doing feel as invicible
I have both games but I've played ALOT more Halo 3 than I have COD4. Really..I prefer Halo3 over COD4, I just never got into COD's multiplayer much...COD2 will always be my favorite online.
I do. For many reasons, one of the highest being story and character. Spartan 117 is such an awesome hero and the action can`t be beat. Plus, online is insane and well, its just a better game.
Depends on the mood. They are roughly equal considering they are two very different styles of shooter. So it really depends on which I was more in the mood to play.

Multiplayer can go either way, but i think Halo 3 is the harder game online because of the higher level of competition(the Halo playes have been good at this for years, so the competition is really tough).
Plus Forge and Theatre> the overrated leveling system of COD 4.

both games are great but I do think that halo is more fun. In COD4, when I was playing great I was having fun, when I was playing poorly I didn't find the experience enjoyable but with halo 3 i felt it was one of those games where I was having fun whether I was playing well or not.
well....i think you made a comparison with two completly different games....dont misunderstand me..each of them has his best and his worse...COD4 has a fun shooting action and sniper action but halo 3 has the vehicles and the plasma granades and...all those fantasy things..they are both fun and addictive...specially in multiplayer:D and it would be impossible to say what is more fun..theres who like halo 3 and theres who hate it,,,and theres who like cod 4 and theres who hate it too man:lol:
I do because they're funny to read. I also like Halo 3 but haven't played COD4 yet. Not high on my list of games to get because of a lack of co-op and guests in multi-player.
I have more fun with halo, just because i feel it's a more spectacular game, if you run into five enemies with the right weapons or circumstances you can beat em, and just when you are doing it you just think "this will make one hell of a screenshot", another example in CoD4 if you see an UAV you have to shot it to death, in halo you see a banshee and you think, maybe I'll try to board it, by any means im not saying CoD4 isnt a graet game. but is almost impossible to do crazy maneuvers
I prefer COD4. I got sick of halo 3, you do the same thing over and over again. Of course, I'll be saying that about call of duty in a couple months, which is why I'm not gonna play so much. I do like the fact that it's more tactical than Halo, and there isn't a bunch of "mlg" nerds or as much five year olds running around.

I like Halo 3 a little bit better than COD4 but I find myself constantly going back and forth between COD4 multiplayer and Halo 3 multiplayer.ligerz76
Yeah, thats exactly me, its almost funny, I find myself swaping those 2 games from my tray constantly. In one night if I remember correctly did it 4 times, halo > cod4 > halo > cod4 lol. Just can't make up my mind sometimes.
I'm not a huge fan of either but i usually prefer halo 3. I just like hot it plays much more than cod4, which has the same basic run and gun style only you die quicker. I play rbsv2 more than anything though. Gotta love a great tactical shooter.

I think COD4 is more competitive than Halo. Alot of people would argue that but i find halo to be funner since it has features like forge and what not. If you get bored of playing online or get tired of halo's hardcore trashtalkers, then it still has things to do. Forge, custom games. Its is very easy to navigate and manage things online. If i want alot of competition i'll play cod4. If i want to play with friends and have a good time, i'll play halo. So to sum up my answer i think Halo 3 is funner.

you've got that one backwards. nearly most people in my school prefer COD4 and trash on halo. while theyre both good, id take halo 3 multiplayer anyday
