I dunno, I played though it and downed Lard Lad and thought it was pretty fun. Challenging, though not too hard (although getting Lardy Lad into the right position was kinda frustrating at times), really great visual design, all the real voices, and I laughed on more than one occasion. Although experience tells me not to, I think I may end up picking up this one. For fun I added a poll because everyone loves to vote, right ? :p
Yea I know what you mean about the holidays. If I'm in the mood to spend money when all the xmas shopping is done, then I could see myself grabbing this one.
I enjoyed the humor, but i didn't care for teh gameplay at all. I'm a hardcore simpsons fan... but I don't have time for this diversion with so many amazing games on the way :(
Id like to have it but i cant offord much of anything these days ,especially with christmas coming up.Bills,bills,bills are gonna keep me from buying any games for awhile so im gonna have to stick with halo 3 for a while.There are so many good looking games coming out that i want that id probably have to pass on it even if i had the money to get a few new games.I really want call of duty 4 but im gonna have to put that on hold for a while.
I liked it but not a purchase for me. For one, there are WAY too many good games coming out around this time that I cannot buy everything that seemed like it was fun and second, it seems like this game maybe a short game and won't take very long to beat. Just a rental for me.
It nailed the simpson vibe, the parodies were great, and it was funny, but sadly, the gameplay was the weakest part.I think I'll rent it when it comes out.
