just wondering if theres any person on the planet who closed all the oblivion gates and what the ending may be, since im assuming the game never really ends.trippyskullzyeah i beat it the main story line takes you about 10 hours but the fun things to do are the guildsÂ
I beat the game in 160 hours. I did not do everything in the game. I did not finish the guilds. I did get the dragon armour after I beat the game. You have to wait three weeks in the game's time. I think if I did everything in the game guide it would probably take me 300 hours to beat the game.
I have put about 250 hours into oblivion, It only took me around 7-8 hours to beat the main quest, but all those extra hours have been spent doing ALL the guilds sidequests and donwloadable content, not to mention that I spent decent amount of time getting three of my cahracters to lvl 48, 49, and 47. I like have max characters in each line of specialization so that I can try out any of the benefits that class has over another. And I do believe there are around 50 gates, which I closed. So yes it is possible to beat Oblivion. It is the single best RPG(yes even beyond FF7 and FF10 which I loved) I have ever played...IMO
More like 50 gates. I have closed more than 30 before finishing the main quest but I keep finding more when travelling around doing the rest of the quests and missions.DSchenstrom
Pretty sure after you do the main quest all the gates are gone. I beat the main quest in like 30-40 hours I think and I still do other side quests or just raid dungeons, and have yet to find another open gate.
I beat the main quest and reached the highest rank in all the guilds if that's what you mean...IAvDI
yeah, that's what I've done. And i beat knights of the nine and shivering isles.
I've played the crap out of this game. I still play it so much though. There's still alot of places to go and things to do!
