Anyone interested in Mercenaries 2?

I watched a couple vids on it, looks cool, co-op interests me the most, and the game kinda reminds me of freedom fighters for some reason.....I'm still undecided on the graphics as most the videos mix up gameplay between the PS2/PS3 versions and honestly cant really see much difference, but oh well looks fun, anyone else picking this one up?

Why is that the deciding factor in whether you get the game or not? I'm sure they didnt PORT it from the PS2.....

Im kinda sadened that the game didnt support Splitscreen, but Im still getting it =-)

Theres no where near me in the uk where i can rent games, so any decent game i have to buy :(

nooo i meant the full game comes it 11 days. now its like 7 days. doesnt look like theres gonna be a demo. when did they say there was gonna be a demo?

I'm definitely going to get Mercenaries 2. Maybe not when it first comes out, but at some point. I may wait for a review (I don't see why I need to though since the first Mercenaries game was amazing), or maybe even a demo , though I don't see a demo coming out before release, but there still are plenty of games that have had demo versions of them come out after they're released, I think that happened with Army of Two. But really, the first one was amazing, and with a game like Mercenaries, it's hard to move in any direction but forward when it comes to improvement.

I'm probably just gonna rent this one. It looks like it'll be a fun game, but I get the feeling it wont have a lot of replay value. devin360

Yeh and gta iv gave you tons! Dont say stupid things mercs 2 has huge replay value its got 165 vehicles 40 weapons 20 airstrikes and a massive map with tons to do!

Blockbuster or lovefilm they both do game rentals!
