Anyone know where the Observatory Globe is located at?? (Plz help meee :()

Does anyone know where it is? It's this globe ball, that's made out of marble or something, and you need it for one of the achivements. Does anyone know where it is?

The game tells you that you need to “Kill 15 gang members using the Observatory Globe,” but doesn’t give you an idea of where to find it. All you really need to know is that the Observatory is at the northern-most point on the Volk island, between the two roads leading out of town. Once you get there, the globe is atop a breakable pedestal in front of the building. Have fun bowling, and watch out for the water!"
