Oh, btw, you can look at his gamertag on XBL to see if he has played VR, but I am just going to say that he hasn't. Most of the people who judge games harshly off of a demo haven't played the retail product, and there opinion means squat. :D

1. I've played the demo, and I liked it.

2. Invincible nightstalkers? It's a stealth game, and you're not supposed to go face to face with them unless you screw up.

3. Sniper rifles are useful, and you don't have to go head to head with a nightstalker.

The game is boring, you walk around like Sam Fisher in Pandora Tomorrow and and you sneak around from Vampires that are like near impossible to kill. The graphics looks like Pandora Tomorrow accept much more boring, think Pandora tomorrow with like no budget. It's bargain bin production value and bargain bin game.pimperjones

Pretty much what this months egm said....last generation graphics and poor gameplay. Sounds like an awesome game to me. =) I pretty much anticipated that this game would suck....although I am adding it to my gamefly to check it out anyways, heck I even played Bullet Witch. I did not know the demo was out though, I will have to play it. Frankly I have not played anything I like, recently, that was developed by a Japanese developer. Everything lately seems bargin bin quality. (Excluding some PS2 gems)

EB games here had it tuesday, and my friend (against my opinion) bought it, and its, once again in my opinion, the bullet witch of the splinter cell series....So bad I wouldnt have wasted someone ELSE's money on it....and if you dont believe I've played the retail version ill have him bring it over and pop it in so it shows on my gamercard...even though I dont want it there.

I am just kinda tired of people getting on me for liking some games just because they aren't "mainstream" or whatever. Sure Vampire Rain isn't a great game or anything, but it seems like a decent horror/stealth game to play while waiting for some other games. Most peoples complaints are that it's either boring and slow, or the nightwalkers are too fast and you get killed if you try to take them on head to head. Stealth games aren't supposed to be as exciting as a run n' gun FPS, and you're not supposed to be seen in any stealth games, so their complaints are pretty much moot points.

Stores on my side of the country don't receive it until tomorrow since today is July 4th, and they don't get UPS shipments. I'll have it tomorrow though.BioShockOwnz

Exactly! It's my money and if I want to buy a "crappy" game by other peoples standards, then that's on me! Also, I have such a hard time figuring out why people care about what other people play. I mean if the game is totally utter crap, then wouldn't you besting me by not talking me out of buying the game and watching me waste my money?? I think everyone should take a chance once in awhile, it might suprise you. (suddenly Shadowrun comes to mind:) )
