Anyone still play the Beta? (Poll)

I honestly don't even play it. I played it a couple of times, and yeah, it was pretty fun, but there weren't enough maps and variation to keep me too interested. I thought that it would make me stop playing Gears multi for a while, but unfortunately it didn't......at all.

Do people still play the beta?

Well I played it for about an hour the day it came out and haven't played it since then. I just don't really care about it because the game is coming out in September and your stats from the beta don't transfer or anything...

I still play it, but I have to say I sure do hope that the real game improves alot from the beta. The graphics in particualr are nice, boarderline stunning in areas, but in other spots they seem only to be Halo 2 with a shiny coat of paint. My major concern is the lack of innovation in the gameplay. It still feels like Halo 2 to me. Now I know, there is nothing really wrong with Halo's gameplay, but Bungie should be able to find ways to improve it anyway.

Now saying all of that, I will still most certainly be getting Halo 3 on release day. But I have to say I am more excited about the possibilities of the campaign portion of Halo 3 over the multiplayer. This is the area Bungie MUST, MUST nail this time. Because if Bungie thinks that Halo 3 will survivve on multiplayer alone, they are wrong. Games like UT 3, CoD 4 and Half Life 2 Orange will give Halo 3 everything it wants and more in the form of competition!!

I didn't mean to offend anyone that does like the Beta, I'm just curious if people are really into or not. I just spoke of my opinion upon the beta, and the reason I did that is because I am asking of your guys' opinions, and it would make me look like a troll if I didn't share of what I thought about it aswell.

I played it for 15 minutes, thought it sucked, and was happy I rented Crackdown for Crackdown. Also, I'm of the mindset of Gears FTL. YoshiFrag

Meh, I play it some I guess but not much. It just feels like more of the same...only not in a good way. I loved Halo, and Halo 2 was ok, so far the Beta doesnt really feel like it has brought anything new or exciting to the table...its still Halo with a few new weapons, and soe sharper visuals, but not much sharper.

Guess Im just bored with the Halo franchise. Too much of a good thing  I guess? 

I loved the Beta, and it sure was fun, but like others have said, not nearly enough maps and new weapons to keep me excited. How do you play Custom Games? I have seen some people playing them lately, but I don't understand how they do it. Did Bungie just add in the feature or something?
