I think I own this one. It's good especially for the price I got it at ($500 at Circuit City on black Friday). My comp is hooked up to it through VGA and my 360 through component.

One thing I wish it had was more inputs (1-HDMI, 1-component). o well, the TV performs well.

I got the Syntax Olevia 32" 232V.....i'm not sure what the difference is between the one you posted and mine....? But mine looks great on the 360! I'm gonna be completely honest with you about this tv. It has the most annoying controller in the world. The controller is very unresponsive, you are gonna have to point the thing directly at the sensor every time. This tv also could use some help in the sound department. The speakers sound broken, you will get absolutly no base out of them. I have a surround sound, so this issue didn't bother me when i discovered this. Those are the only issues that might stray you away from this tv, but the picture is looks amazing, and that is all i was looking for when i bought this. Hope that helps

Don't fret about a controller. I paid $2800 for a top of the line Sony, their flagship model, and it's remote is so bad. I works less than half the time. I hold it out, but when dialing a station (especial digital like 108.5 station) just titling it enough to see the buttons it stops working. So I have to dial twice, once where it missing some buttons, then again from memory as I try to make sure it's perfectly level towards the tv. And this tv was listed as $3500 at the time at Best Buy.

I just got the 232V from Circuit City yesterday for my bedroom. It was $599 in store, but I got a 10% discount from a AAA account. Not bad, considering it also has QAM tuner, so I got to watch 24 and the lateshows last night in HD off their digital stations through cable, no cable box, no antenna.

I can live with the black levels as I've been living with poor levels with the Sony LCD Rear Projection. SD TV could have been better, not enough filtering and noise reduction. SD looks great on a 55inch Sony I have, but so so on a smaller 32inch. But HD, man does it look nice, great with the 360 and VGA cable.

Seeing as you can always return it at a Circuit City, I figured why not try it. A lot of places online when you find a good deal have strict or no return policy.
