Are people still playing the Halo 3 Multiplayer?

I didn't, i still play Halo 3 from time to time, i'm waiting for my Halo Reach (:

And i don't play ODST anymore, used to have Fun with firefight but it's mostly boring now!

halo 3 and halo odst multiplayer are the exact same things...

the halo odst multiplayer just comes with all the extra maps, where as if you only have halo 3 you have to buy all the map pack DLC

oh and halo 3 is way popular....it is the 2nd most played game on xbox live

Yes halo still has one of the Biggest communitys next too mw2 sadly but Halo is great im about to get on and Play some SWAT :D

as far as i know the last time i checked halo 3 is still the top played online multiplayer and like people said odst just has all of the DLC for halo 3. That last time i checked was like 2 months ago but i would think because of the halo reach beta people picked up halo 3 again.

I still play Firefight once but thats about it.

I don't play Halo 3 or Halo 3: ODST since I don't own them anymore. Although, I do sometimes I wish I had them and played them.

ODST uses the same MP as Halo 3, the MP component of ODST was effectively a large map pack iff you already had halo 3 (I didn't have Halo 3 so I got the full MP along with ODST, pretty nice). So no, people still play halo 3. Not quite the same numbers, but still hundreds of thousands online at any given time, which is near the top for any online game.

I was playing yesterday to take a break from RDR. Halo 3 takes the stress away quite well.

yep, a buncha people are still playing it. me, not as much but everytime my girlfriends brother comes over that's the first thing he does lol.
