has anything been announced, or does anything now whats happening to the series?

I like the DOA games but I find that they have hardly any depth to them for some reason.Maybe it is because I don't play them online that much.
They dont' have any depth, but they are easy to pick up, look visually great and have some fine hotties with some nice melons.Itagiki left Tecmo so the state of DOA is in limbo.
