No, because 60 bucks is to much for a game almost exclusively meant for online.
The only way I would buy this game is if it had a really good offline multiplayer offering. And even then I would only buy it when i could get it cheap.
Even though I have xbox live I still enjoy offline far more (single or multi).
Controller can't beat PC , Ill end up geting pissed and breaking my controller. I use to be a CAL M player for CSS on computer..The mouse..its just somthing you can't beat.q8hr
That's all in your head. If you're better at mouse, that's fine. As long as there's sensitivity adjustments, you can do it. We believe in you q8hr!
That being said, I'm not picking this up... this is the online shooter, right? I don't like the idea. Not my thing. Have fun, we're all gamers. Just not my deal.Â
Nope. Why?
Not much hype, probability of extremely small community is high.
It's too expensive for what it is. If it were priced better, I'd at least consider it.
The dev team is apparently being disbanded, that's not good for game balance and fixing.
Cross platform play is more hassle than it's worth. PC gamers don't want to play with console gamers and vica versa.
Dwarfed by many more interesting games.
I'm sure the game could be awesome, but there are some serious issues hampering it right off the bat. It's a little too risky for me to pay for a game that's likely going to either be broken or unplayed after a few months.
No.
1. Needs to be rpg
2. Online only, I will get socom:confrontation just because its a socom game and I only play them online anyways.
3. $60 360 and $50 on pc, 360 should at least be $50 too, and the game should really only be $30 anyways
4. The gameplay ive seen from the pc beta looks pretty lame for the most part
5. Not that many people seem to even care so there will prolly be very few players and its an online only game...Â
6. Halo3, UT3, and HL:orange box are coming out this year, even if there are people on it, come halo3, no one will be on it.
7. The developer has complety left it, not even any support from the people who made it...
8. Who cares, its shadowrun, which alot of people dont even know the original game and it was actually pretty lame.

I dont really know about that, alot of people who play PC games also have consoles and play console games. I am an all platform player including pc and I would love to play a game cross platform from PC to 360, It just needs to be the right game. And the thing is, if theres not like an icon that says or something, you wouldnt be able to tell who is on a console or who is on a PC. I definitely dont think this is the right game for any game platform. A game that would be cool is Halo3 if microsoft did something crazy and had the PC version released by the end of 2007, that might be cool, but unnecessary due to how many people will be on the 360 version anyways.
I haven't heard much about it, not much hype. I'm not too interested, it will probably get a low review too... it will just end up being another game I predict.ag1002
I am definitely buying it i think it looks like it could be extremely fun they mixed two ingredients that could make it almost unlike any other game we've seen before. Not much hype, that may be true but who gives a S*** who cares if theres not a,lot of people talking it up thats just because they hadn't released any information until that last few months by the way the gamespot guys seemed to love it in their reviews. Well nobody cared about Halo CE before it came out and it was a big success i think this game could be a sleeper hit but i guess we'll see very soon.
I used to think I was going to buy it, but now I'm not that sure. First I need a demo and some reviews, then if I like the demo I'll maybe rent the game. It depends on how big the community is because it's not like I can just play single player when no one is on the multiplayer.
I think this summer I'm going to be busy trying to get seriously on Gears anyway, too.Â
Not unless I get to play a demo, if I like maybe, but $60 for multiplayer only? Yeah maybe when it turns to budget price like $40-$30.
lantus
high five to thatÂ
Shadowrun seems like its cool, but I heard it has no single player. I know the multiplayer has AI controlled bots and online, but I got to have me some singleplayer in there.Im buying it because it sounds like a really deep multiplayer game

Agreed on every point but #8.
The Sega Genesis version was lame, but the actual pen and paper version was cool if you could find someone to run it right. Â
