Not me. The 20gig hard-drive is enough for me. HDMI would be cool, but since I haven't heard or read anything concerning the Elite's ability (or lack thereof) to decode uncompressed audio, the difference in video quality would not justify, for me, purchasing it.
Now if it came equipped with an internal HD-DVD drive AND the ability to decode uncompressed audio formats, then I would have to seriously consider the purchase. Â
Nah, not me, I dont even have an HDTV so the HDMI is worthless to me. I already have enough black electronics, so I'm good with the white 360. The harddrive is hard to turn away, but I still have plenty of room on my harddrive, and I could just buy the bigger harddrive later on if I want to. I can understand why people would want the 360 elite, but it just isnt for me.
No. Although the larger hard drive might be nice sometime in the future, at this point it's not a must-have. Neither is HDMI, as I don't have a TV that can do 1080p. If I want a black 360, I'll just get a case mod (like the one below) that looks cooler and is much cheaper than the price I would pay for the Elite.
if microsoft or retail stores offer a good deal then i might. i would like a bigger harddrive, I'm running out of room and i don't like having to delete crap every week. but chances of me rebuying are slim, just depends on deals like i said

Exactly, HDMI is great for 1080p resolution. But more importantly, what makes HDMI great and necessary is for HD audio. Umcompressed Audio is a lot more noticable than video quality, especially if most people have only 720p/1080i sets, the Xbox 360 component cables will look just as good as HDMI when displaying 720p or 1080i.
no i am NOT buying the elite im good with the 360 premium that i have as for the 120...... i have plenty of space on my current 20GB HDD so the 120 is no need for me. HDMI i dont need it. i have im sticking with my xbox 360 premium
plus if i watch a trailer or a clip or play a demo if i dont need it i delete i bought my 360 to play games and to play on xbox live i have cable and a dvd player if i wana watch tv abd movies
I won't buy the Elite twice, but I will buy one at launch, play the hell out of Mass Effect and Bioshock, then trade it in and get a new one with the 65nm chipset and motherboard redesign in the fall before the next round of big games comes out, but that is the last 360 I will buy, outside of a failure. I don't care if they come out with one that cuts your grass and gives you oral service.
Yes. I'm selling my Premium to a friend, and replacing it with an Elite. Why? Because should I keep getting downloadable content, then I may need it. I almost filled up my harddrive with friggin' trailers last E3. Then there's HDMI. Don't have an HDTV, but my monitor can take DVI. HDMI to DVI converters are plentiful at Best Buy. And finally, because I want my friend to enjoy having a 360.
