I treat them nicely unless they start to become a nuisance (yelling, swearing, the usual). That is by far the worst part about playing Halo 3 online, the armada of obnoxious prepubescents that play around the clock.
I would say equal aswell but people who have a damn accent and cannot speak proper english and and yelling at you because you pwned them royaly then yeah. Even then I am mean I must scare them away from me there is a reason for family timer it filters all the young kids and leaves all the decent kids behind
Usually when I meet a kid I just ignore them but the moment they A) Start screaming or B ) Start talking trash then the first thing I always say to them is "Uhm excuse me little boy could you go check the rating on the front of this game box. What's that an M you say....THEN STFU AND GTFO!"

but i usually mute the annoying ones, reguardless of ageor gender if they shout, cuss, or like in halosmatchmaking screen make annoying sounds or just being dumb ill mute (i usually have to mute have my own team)

I get annoyed if their voice is higher than, like, your average eighth grader, I begin to be a bit of a jerk when they mispronounce Vitamix as Vit-uh-mix or Vitamin X instead of Vite-uh-mix, and if they scream or act like a cocky idiot I yell.
Mean? Pft, some of those little kids are my heroes as for the rest.. well they are gullible and believe almost anything said if it sounds like it's the truth.

The majority of them are annoying, like they will start singing some ignorant song, or make some dumb noises during the game, and then they have that aggervating little voice and that causes you to think .... is this a goofy little girl or just some aggravating little kid, and they always sound like they are talking under their breathe ... but otherwise ... no, but just recently on Halo3 me and one of my friends were saying something, and for no reason at all, the little turd butts in and starts making remarks, and no one else had a problem but the little one
