Are you tired of kids on XBL?

maybe im just lucky but i havent had too many instances with kids bothering me on line. i get maybe one or two in a night of gaming on cod4. but i have noticed more of them on halo3 but still not to the point of every game. i usually just put em on ignore if theyre that bad or leave em on if theyre humorous

I recently have been playing Halo 3 on XBL a lot and have noticed that children are quite possibly the most ignorant things on the planet. Not all of them are that bad in fact some of them are quite polite. I was just wondering your thoughts on this matter.pezboy7

Just think sometime in you life YOU where one of those"KIDS" in your mind you where never like that BUT most likely you where you just didn't have XBL to show the world...FYI all those "IGNORANT THINGS OF THE PLANET" don't think they are bothering anyone so just be nice and inform them in a kind way not by call them names.

Ok first of all, you must be around 11 or 12 because your grammar is sloppy and your spelling doesn't make you sound too intelligent. Anyway, No, I wasn't one of those "kids" I was raised to treat others with respect regardless of wether or not I can see them face to face. I called them ignorant because they are just that, lacking in all basic knowledge of social and moral behavior. Talking nicely to these people is impossible they are racist and nothing but belligerant. If you are young that's fine, I don't have a problem with that. Like I said in my original post, some of them are quite polite.

ya thats true but as far as voices go they cant help it if they havent hit puberty yet. at some point we all had higher voices too. but yes the blowing into the mic is quite annoying

YOU came here and YOU asked US if we were tired of kids on XBL. I gave you my answer. If anyone is trying to 'start something' (whatever that means? It takes two to argue), it would be you. Why not search for the million other threads of this kind?

I didn't say all of them were ignorant its right there in my post and your block quote. Saying kids are ignorant because they are kids is not an excuse, they should be taught. Oh and I'm not having kids they're a burden on your mind and income.

LOL kids are ignorant...kids learn gradually by going to school to NOT remain ignorant/learn life skills (which kids are also ignorant in)...school and TIME for that matter that lead to one not being ignorant

Kids can be a pain (although not all of them are). However, from my experience, I find some 25-year olds (and higher) to be MORE annoying. They think because they're the oldest players, itmakes themthe best. It can get really annoying....

I agree, just about everyone can be annoying on XBL from time to time.

Really, it's all about maturity. I don't care if this a kid with a high pitched voice who's voice chatting, as long as he uses the mic properly. In fact, I probably am one of the guys with a high pitched voice online, but most of the time I either keep my mouth shut or my voice low.

Maybe I've just been lucky. I haven't encountered the same kids that others have. I haven't played a match in Halo 3 or CoD4 with a 7-year-old screaming obscenities until my ears bleed. I've met kids my age (14), I've met kids with high voices, but none of them have been really annoying.

All-in-all, I'm more inclined to be tired of 17, 18 or 19 year old jerks, who get really angry when, (a) they find out you're under the age of 17, or (b) you shotgun them in the face.

I am smart enough to have a nice size bank account have my home close to the beach in miami and farm in ohio plus 3 cars all paid off before i am 35 and nobody nobody gave me nothing.You claim not to be one of thouse kids but you sure do sound like one. Try being nice it goes farther...

I'll tell you what i'm tired of... stupid highschool aged teenagers who think they own the world and can say whatever they want to people. It's retards like this that influence the little kids to act the way they do. If anything, I feel sorry for the little kids because the ones that act stupid probably don't have much in the way of parental figures and they have these crappy teenage "roll models" to look up to on XBL. If anything you should be hitting yourself and your peers for creating this monstrosity. They're just kids man. They're going to act like it. How you respond to them really affects the way they respond to you and the way you influence them as people. So quit being losers and just try being nice to the little kids. They may just stop being annoying and for the ones that don't, hit the mute button. BTW, I've played several matches of Call of Duty 4 with kids who couldn't have been more than 10 years old and they were more mature than a lot of 15-17 year olds i've played with. Grow up and realize that you definitely aren't the sh*t, you're just another person in a world full of people created equally.jpstill85
