I think the game looks extremelly fun , but it got a 6.5 for review. i need a good co-op. should i get this or should i get halo 3, r6v2, or would i be batter of with gears of war?!?!?!
Why not rent it? I never let someone else tell me if somethings bad (unless its obvious). But i liked it alot id give it a 8.0 rb6 2 was nothing new i actually hated it. You cant go wrong with gears or halo, though halo has co op online i dont recall gears having it (i sold it)
I wrote a lengthy review, which is sitting on my blog right now, since I haven't finished it. I give it a 7.5/10. It's nothing spectacular, but it's not bad either. It's more fun if you play the campaign with another person, but that's true of a lot of games.
I bought it about the day it came out and played the campaign for about 3 weeks alot getting money and upgrading guns with a friend online. The competitive multiplayer is laggy and not too fun though. I haven't really played the game much in a long time. I'd either rent it a few times or just go ahead and buy it. Also, theres a free DLC package out with 3 or so new levels but I haven't played them yet because my xbox is in for repairs. so that could be just enough to bump it up to a buy.

Anyway, it was an ok game but the online sucked and the campaign was a generic "Badass" soldier gets betrayed borefest but the gameplay was fun and thats what counts.
I recently beat it with my friend, and I have yet to get the free download though.
I think it's a solid game that had a lot potentional... however...
cons: - stupid story - boss fights weren't that great - really short
I thought it was like playing an action movie. It could have done with more development. More levels, looser control feel, more variety of baddies and missions, etc...
I wouldnt go with gears right now... Last time I played gears online their were only a few rooms open and everyone was like glitching and cursing everyone out... so i dont even play that now. Wait for gears 2.
Army of Two is very fun except it's downfall is that it's short and therefore classified as a rental. Go with Gears of War which has similar combat or R6V 2. They both have excellent co-op and a good storyline.
I was stoked to get my hands on it after waiting for the longest time. It's a good co-op game, better if you play it with a friend and imo it lived up to the hype, by the way I gave it a 8.5/10.
This game did not do much for me. I think that it would be a little more fun with a buddy, but I did not like it. Multiplayer was just okay and the game itself is a Cleveland Steamer.
I played the story twice. Once with a friend and once with the AI. I found the game to be pretty fun. The AI partner can be annoying when you need to be healed but otherwise, he does what you tell him to do.
