its not a must buy, i forced myself through most of this game because of how much of a repetitive bore it was, but if you're interested you could get it just to see the story so you could be ready for the second one which is hopfully better.
i absolutely did not feel the repetitive part of the game going through it, but afterward ppl started to say so n i noticed lol i loved it, its awesome
not every game is perfect. i felt like the game was awesome, although repetitive. i just would play it in spurts. i really liked it and expect a lot of AC2.

Yeah it's worth it. I loved the first one and for that reason it wasn't repetitive to me at all. I loved all the graphics and the wide openness of the game was just awesome and I can't wait for AC2 I've already got it reserved.

Thank you for answering my question!! My friend let me borrow this game a while back but I've been so into my Street Fighter 4 that I haven't got pass that opening cinematic scene where they're teaching you the basic controls. I'll try again for the 5th time this weekend... hopefully Cammy doesn't start calling my name again
Rent it it's a fun game, but that game has terrible replayability. I beaten the game once, and my friend wanted to "borrow" it, but then he went to different schools, but for some reason I didn't care enough to try to get my game back.

I got it for that price and really enjoyed it. I didn't have a problem with it getting repetitive and had great fun climbing and leaping all over the cities. Really looking forward to the sequel

Why do people yamer on about such an insignificant little quirk in the game being it's a "tiny" bit repetitive. Give it **** up already! The Game is an outstanding technical and graphical achievment. The Gameplay is never boring and the story is incredibly intriguing and pulls you right in from the start. (unless your like most of these short sighted gamers that can't appriciate history and story telling told at it's best. if you're IQ's are lower than 100, stick to Halo and COD would ya). I absolutely loved this game from top to bottom and couldn't be without it in my collection. I actually still need to get back in there and find the rest of those flags. AC2 will be game of the year. Write that down.
