assassins creed 2 and halo 3?

Looks like its just a tower defence game instead.

But mifffed as never played either halo or AC2

I thought Microsoft was ment to give all xbox live gold members a free download of AC2 and H3 but I cant find it anywhere? the release date was stated for july 1st so im annoyed its not here yetMrsBuscuit

Pretty disappointing so far though, games that are at least three years old and barely cost anything to buy retail, better than nothing but they better not act like this is a way to compare to the PS+. Only makes it worse that the XBLA game we are getting for free was already being given away by the developer a few months ago.

I'm guesing that Assassins Creed 2 and Halo 3 will be the best games they offer, perhaps even the only two noteworthy games they release as they are the only two they have mentioned several times at this point.  

I think it was called Tower Defense: The Awakening? Or something like that.

Anyway, I'm getting a little tired of MS's crud.

First it was the bad Xbox One policies. Then it was their complete ignorance when they defended those policies. And it took a huge outcry for them to reverse it.

And now, when they say that they're releasing good old titles for free, they send out a crappy little tower defense game. Just so they can say that they're giving away free games like Sony is. (speaking of which, they're releasing Battlefield 3 for free soon on PSN. I never liked PS that much, but...)

I bet that Assasin's Creed 2 and Halo 3 will be some of the last ones they release, because everyone will be concerned with switching over to XB1, rather than the free games.

I like Xbox, and want to stay with them for gaming, but MS might screw themselves over eventually (and their anti-indie policies might contribute to that... unless someone can tell me why they do a $10,000 update fee. I heard there might be a reason behind that).

MS better be careful. They're running the risk of not being top dog anymore.

They will be released in the coming months. Fable III was the first game I saw as free. Followed by Spartacus: Legends, which I find to be very fun. What tower defense game was released?Exiled_Badger
