It's coming out March of 2010 and that's straight from Ubisoft. Check Teamxbox.com, they have an article about it.nickdastick

Everytime I see "Proof" on these boards, it never really is. And most of the time it's wrong.

Let's hope it comes out in 2010, that way there's hope that it wont be another short/repetitive, content-lite game. I'll buy it when it comes out though, I did like the first one.
