Assassin's Creed: Get ACII now or wait 'til Brotherhood?

Hey, everyone. So if you don't know, Target is running a Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal right now on games, and I'm wondering if I should get in on that and pick up ACII at $30 and get some other games, or wait until Brotherhood comes out at $60. I don't have any AC games, and they both look excellent to me. Also, if I picked up ACII, I would also probably get Bad Company 2 and Bioshock 2. But will Brotherhood's new campaign and multiplayer be worth the 2 week wait?

Brotherhood is a continuation of Assassins Creed 2. I played AC2 and it is an awesome game. Go with AC2 and the buy 2 get 1 deal and that should hold you until Christmas when you can get Brotherhood.
