I was just playing some AC when I realized how awesome multiplayer would be for this game. Whether it be team battles (white v.s. black, and no racial undertones there, I mean the clothes, Al-Mualim had a black cloak) or be a free for all. Imagine you and 8-16 other assassins free running through a city swordfighting, throwing daggers, stealth assassinating eachotherand maybe they could implement a crossbow, like the one they teased us with in the trailers and didn't give us in the game. This would make for some of the most fun, revolutionary and most original multiplayer out there, The game type possibilities would be endless, capture the flag, a mode where there is a treasure up-top a huge building and two teams battle it out untyil one retrieves it. Man, my mind is exploding with ideas. And this would be a welcome site in a world where we can either A)shoot eachother, or B)score touchdowns, drain 3's or hit homersin multiplayer games...

something like halo 3 vip,one team attacking assassins the other defending there vip or something and your team has to try an sneak up to stealth assassinate there vip or w/e
or like capture the flag throwing your knives at them while free running away lol.
such an easy concept,if they made it online it would be one of the best games up to date,thats what ive always said about the gta series but now there finally doing that with gta 4 so well c how that goes
so they are making a 2nd one?that would be sweet,i hope in the 2nd they clear up the ending of the first one,cause it made like no sense and ending prety lame.

Exactly, with the way this game was designed and implemented, the possibilities would be endless. I could think of 100's of game-types. The Assassins universe lends itself to potentially being the best multiplayer game ever, leagues above anything that's out now.
Assassin's Creed would have garbage multiplayer. I don't even think I have to point out how many things would be wrong with it. It's cool if you think about it in a half-baked, little kid, "wishing" mindset.
were trying to get the point out that multiplayer could be **** but because single player was awesome an if they could just add like 16 player multiplayer with everyone,even without game types just for friends to chat an run around killing people an each other....
basically,if they added online play they wouldn't even need game types it would already kick ass free running with other players.
Yeah, well we can't all just keep making halo and cod over and over. Run, shoot, kill, run, die, respawn, repeat. People are just afraid of new ideas and original concepts. I couldn't think of anything that would bewrong with anAC multiplayer.

my idea for a multiplayer game type is sorta like CoD4 "search and destroy" where there would be two teams (attack and defense) and two targets to assassinate. the two targets would be on opposite sides of the city and players would have to be more tactical to win...
Agreed,im still eager to see how rockstar deals with making there title gta 4 online,i have a feeling its gonna kick ass,hopefully they still add parachutes in it lol,i already no they wont have planes
an if they did make AC online,image having a ranking system like on halo with it lol,an by getting kills online allows u to upgrade moves and equipment like in singleplayer. "crappy example" say u get 10 kills u get the ability to counter attacks lol

On GameTrailers.com they interviewed Jade Raymond and she said that she wanted to put Co-op into the game but they scrapped it due to time restraints. So there's a great possibility that they'll add it in the next game.
