Assassin's Creed Rent or Buy

an overdue rental, maybe? gametrailers said the game takes around 12-15hrs to complete and say that after you finish it there isn't much insentive to continue playing

Plus how can anyone give you an honest til tomorrow night?soupadewd

Of course its any persons choice whether to rent or buy assassins creed, but you know what is really funny........the "repetitive comment" concerning video games is hilarious.....think about it......you like madden football? its repetitive=kick, throw, tackle,.......you like call of duty or any other shooter? its repetitive=shooting, oh, and shooting.....maybe some jumping......so my point is that if the only problem one can find in a game is repetition.....then i think it will be just like every game.....rinse, wash, and repeat.............take it easysass15666

Definite buy. With the missions so open ended, and 12 ways to get away after an assassination, it should have huge replay value if not a huge wow factor for friends who haven't seen/played the game.

rather surprising to see that assassin's creed is turning into a rental... i dont understand, this was one of the most unique, innovated games of 07 as well as one of the most hyped

same with halo 3, i dont have it but im hearing alot of people complaining that its "not that good?". CoD4's complaint was the campaign was too short, i understand that... I have bioshock but i've only played it once due to lack of time but people complained that it had no replay value..

Next thing will be that Mass Effect plays crappy or something.

I dont understand... all these hyped GOTYs are just getting bashed anymore... people arent happy unless there is replay value, superb SP, superb MP

my opinion..

Nowadays , people are expecting too much of the games , thinking everything has to be next-gen otherwise it's crap.

We should analise it and see that not every nice game is next-gen
