avatar awards where can i get them

does anyone know what some avatar awards are for any games

They are only on the arcade game splosion man. It's only a shirt and it may be broken I hear.

Except for splosion man thats it. Looks like we are going to have to wait for a awhile untill this awards system is working and the games have them. So right now its useless. Thanks MS. :?
