i really want that mass effect N7 suit and helm. i try to remember im just on xbl to play multiplayer not dress up. but honestley i think its over priced.
Meh, it's kinda high on the price. Higher than I'd like it to be but I still dish out a few microsoft points to get a new shirt. I'd rather that they kept all clothing prices bellow 100 microsoft points. I mean, honestly, a an arcade game cost 400. Why would I buy some clothes over an arcade game?
yeah honestly I'd love to have the warthog RC or the mass effect Mako RC car but there's no chance in hell I'm dropping 320 (or around $5) on them. To date I've purchased the halo beret and laser kill medal ring, both because i had some extra points floatin around and they were fairly cheap.
The prices for things like the halloween costumes really drive me insane, they should be 1/4 to 1/2 the price of regular items as you're gonna use those for the season tops, I'm sure some people will keep them year round, but considering they're not even very good, i think it's stupid that they all cost the same or more.
MS would make so so so much more money if they dropped the prices on this stuff.

I agree. The only thing I purchased was the eye patch and only because I had 50 MS Points left and I was never going to be able to use them on something. I think 40-80 MS Points on all clothing based items sounds fair and 160 MS Points for props. Unfrotunately, since people are still buying the overpriced items now, I don't think Microsoft would bother lowering the price even though I think they would sell 2x as much avatar gear if they slashed the prices.
Ill admit the only thing i bought was a Rasta skull T-shirt and Rasta headphones...which was like 300MP altogether which was reasonable because they match =)
I really only like the armor stuff like Mass Effects armor or the Carmine armor from Gears of War. I don't have any worldly idea why its taking so long to get Spartan and ODST armor... I mean really, come one Microsoft, People would definitely buy that. I like the Splinter Cell outfits too. Stuff that makes your avatar look like a bad ass version of yourself rather than a horrible little abomination in brand name clothing lol
I just bought something for my avatar, a fairy costume for 340msp! I had points with nothing else to buy...I was bored :lol: We don't have halloween in my country so I wanted to play virtual halloween dress up instead ;)
I've also bought a chinaman hat before for 80msp before :oops:

You mean other than the fact that there isn't a free way to get avatar clothes? Also, iPods will always use the same music but once the next xbox comes out most likely all the avatar clothes you paid for will be worthless (most likely, they could just transfer)
i'd say i would get it if a liked it (VERY VERY MUCH), but if its like the formal addias i would not buy it, or maybe if its cheap, i can't really see the point of buying it......

Meh I see no reason to buy Avatar clothing. I am going to have around 240 points left over and I was considering buying something off of the Avatar marketplace but then I remembered I can get an Indie game.. So clothes for an avatar I look at once every five months or a game?
