B button on wireless control wont work

The B button on my wireless contoller won't work. Does anyone know what to do or can explain this. Note: Every other button on the controller works.

I think your controller is a little busted. There are complaints about how the D-Pad on the wireless controllers are a little sketchy which I can attest to, but I haven't heard anything about the B button. Does it stick when you press it? Maybe you spilled something on it.

No, i just got it, but i just notice that i have to press it really hard for it to work.

yeah that sometimes happens with my X and A button it has a mind of its own, but i would suggest either calling MS support or exchange it from the place u bought it
