Backing up save game files on Xbox 360?

How do you back up your save game files on the Xbox 360? thanks for any help.

buy a memory card from walmart for $30...bought one a while ago to transfer my saves from my old 20gb hd to my new 120 hd...was going to return it after that, but then realized i might as well keep it and use it to store copies of my saves
