when will we see an update for BW compatible games ?

i would love to see Prince Of Persia 2&3 added, oddworld strangers wrath, brothers in arms 1&2, bloodrayne 1, Metal Gear 2, timesplitters 2, & metal slug 3, added to that list!

totally agree with metal gear 2 and timesplitters 2. not so much ts cuz i bought a gamecube for re4 and bought it :P

totally agree with metal gear 2 and timesplitters 2. not so much ts cuz i bought a gamecube for re4 and bought it :P

Sadly I don't think Metal Gear 2 sold that well, so we may never see it on the backwards compatibility list.

a couple of months ago microsoft has commented that they are done with BC... they said the vast majority of the important titles are done and they were moving the progammers to other projects..

which is fair enough, GAME are selling xbox's for £20, you cant grumble at that if you want to play some games that aren't BW

I beleive they have stated they will not be updating it anymore.

Personally, i couldnt give two hoots about most stuff that isnt already compatable, however i REALLY want to play X-Men Legends 1 and 2 again. So i might set up one of my 2 Xbox's at some point.

I doubt we will see any more updates to the BC list now that xbox original games are becoming available to buy from marketplace for 1200 MS points.

If MS improved the BC list they cant make any money from it. If they release xbox games over marketplace they can make money. MS being MS I think we know what route they will pick :)

I agree with you on PoP: Warrior Within and PoP: The Two Thrones and Timesplitters 2. These are great games and it is a disgrace that M$ has not put these games on the BC list.

Oddworld: Strangers Wrath is my favorite XBoX game. I was PO'd when I saw it wasn't on the list. I'm glad I decided to hang on to my XBoX cuz I think we can hang up all hope on MS updating that BC list.

You make it sound as if they left BC for death like Sony did with the 40gb model. All 360 are capable of getting a huge BC update that allows just about any great xbox game (plus a lot of bad once) to be played on the 360.

The Matrix: Path of Neo is a turd I recomend Republic Commando it's a great game that's definitely 360 compatiable
