That's a tall claim to make. Beating out KZ2, ODST, MW2, Batman, Uncharted 2, inFamous, Forza 3, Brutal Legend and Borderlands. I liked the first one a lot but to say it will be better than ALL of these is kind of tough.

I have to agree, but fortunately, it will be the best shooter until Halo: Reach.

Sorry, I claimed it to be Game of The Year if it was released in 2009. What I meant was that it would definitely be up there with MW2, Batman, and other great 2009 games.
i personally hated Bad Company. I went into that expecting a lot of what made the PC Battlefield games really good and was pretty disappointed. The campaign had a great sense of humour to it, but I couldn't bring myself to finish it cause the environments were so heavily repetitive. I also couldn't get into the multipalyer much, but that's mostly cause the actual shooting mechancics in the game aren't all that tight (imo). The destructible environments were cool, but not enough to keep me interested. I might give Bad Company 2 a shot though, if they make drastic improvements over the original game.

They are, they said they upped the controls, and now they have full team chat AND A GRENADE BUTTON!
