tough call, do you ever have friend over that want to play splitscreen online or do you mostly go solo?
if your friends come over a lot Halo 3 would be better because you cann all play splitscreen campaign or online (4 people), and that is always a blast. if you're usually gaming solo or everyone is at home online, well then it's pretty much an even split, but I'd say Bad Company, even though you can only talk to 3 other people during the game, if you get a good squad who communicates it's amazing. and the destructable environments are always fun.
I say rent them, then see for yourself, it's entirely up to you to make this judgement, they are two completely different games.
But my personal input is to at least try Halo online, its a blast, and though it may seem to get old, there's always new stuff coming, lots features, varying gameplay and you'll always go back to it.
It actually depends on where you live. I'll say Bad Comapny is a more interesting acording to my awn preferences. If you live in Scandinavia however, be aware that the game can not be played online. Or, well, you can sort of play it, but EA are saving their money and do not seem willing to deliver the server capacity needed for the multiplayer games. You get poor framerate, lag and crappy stats because of it. And it will pi.ss upi off as well. BOO EA for this. I'll rather play Halo3 wich is a great game, on smooth servers.hauklanglo
Wow, I didn't know that. That totally blows.
