Okay, here's it quick:

The credit card I was using to pay for my XBL Gold subscription expired last month. And now, I'm banned from XBL... Can I pay for XBL Gold on the same Gamertag using another credit card/prepaid card?

Sorry if I missed some info, let me know.... please help, I need my Haloz!

call up mircosoft and explain the situation as they are they only ones who can fix it.

That's totally frustrating to try to fix to. My debit card had to be replaced because the old one got lost, and I forgot to switch it over before MS billed for my next month of Live, and I'm still trying to get it switched over!

Good luck, I hope you get it fixed quick.

what needs to be done (and you only have a certain length of time coz u owe them money odds on) u have to phone them up and pay whats owed to get unbanned then u can add ur credit card and carry on where u left off. little tip to remove any cards from ur account if they going to expire. what happens that gets u in the bad books of ms, if the payment gets boucned after they give u some live accesss so u had access u shudnt of, they ban u till u pay up for what u bounced payment for, once its been sorted (if it aint gone to collections) then ur account will be fixed, if not then it gets lost after a certain length of time owing the cash

Microsoft didn't do anything to me when my card expired. I just went to get online with a game and I was very confused why I couldn't get on, then I checked my settings and it was on the old card. I switched it over and I could play online fine, and I didn't get double charged or anything like that.

If your membership has expired then using another credit card is no problem. I had the same problem and just used another credit card to renew my membership.

Ugh. What a terrible situation man, that really sucks. The best thing to do is make a new account, unless you want the hassle of calling MS. :(

same thing happened to me they tried to charge my old card and i got banned, so i bought an in store card, and i still had problems they said they still needed to pay for the charge they put to my old card, it was a nightmare but got through it :)
